Iridium Launches Starbook 760

WARWICK-BASED notebook manufacturer Iridium has introduced the Starbook 760.

The Intel Centino-based notebook provides Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and incorporates a 15.4” WXGA widescreen display and a five-speaker audio system including a subwoofer. The Starbook 760 also includes a DVD-R/RW writer and a built-in video camera module for video conferencing. Iridium claims that the Starbook 760 boasts up to 4.5 hours battery life – ‘enough power to get through a full-length feature DVD and to get some work done as well’

The Starbook 760 will ship this month.
