Iridium's Centrino Starbook

Iridium have announced the launch of their latest notebook, the Starbook 750, featuring Intel’s Centrino mobile technology. It is equipped with an Intel Pentium M 1.6GHz processor and has a compact form factor, weighing in at 2.4kg. With battery life of up to 4.5 hours and wireless LAN capability, the 750 offers both high performance and portability. Other features include a 14.1” XGA TFT display, a hard drive of up to 80GB, three USB ports, a hot swappable DVD/CD-RW combo drive and a built-in 4 in 1 card reader. Iridium will be unveiling the Starbook 750, and demonstrating the benefits, at the forthcoming CTS Show in Birmingham. The notebook is due to go on sale in April.
